ARLINGTON, Va., March 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NYSE: AI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.875 per share for the first quarter of 2014.  The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.  The ex-dividend date is March 27, 2014.  This dividend is consistent with our variable dividend policy pursuant to which the Board of Directors evaluates dividends on a quarterly basis and, in its sole discretion, may approve the payment of dividends.
